Introduction: Adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes have been recognised in children with hypoglycaemia due to early and late presenting congenital hyperinsulinism (CHI). The Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scales II (VABS-II) is a standardised measure used to assess parent reported adaptive behaviour.
